I am a passionate Instructional Designer with a Master of Science in Learning Design and Technology from the University of San Diego. My expertise spans LMS administration, curriculum design, Adult Learning Theories (including ADDIE), and Universal Design for Learning (UDI/UDL), with a focus on delivering accessible, inclusive learning solutions. I am highly proficient in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva, and emerging technologies like Generative AI for content creation.

 

I specialize in designing engaging, data-driven learning experiences that leverage instructional technologies, microlearning, gamification, and mobile learning strategies to drive learner engagement and close skills gaps.
